A Visit to RIMJHIM Iron and Steel Factory
On December 27, science students of Class XI visited the Rimjhim Iron and Steel Industry in Magarwara, Unnao. Two teachers, Mrs. Anjali Dwivedi and Mrs. Sunita Srivastava accompanied the students. It was a very enriching experience for the students as they learnt about the processes involved in the manufacturing of utilities of our day to day life. All the students donned the helmets for safety reasons and saw the functioning of the machines, the manpower used, the conversion of thick iron rods into wires as thin as 0.2mm and all the other things made of iron. They even presented to the school some of their manufactured finished products as souvenirs. It was altogether a brilliant learning experience for the students.
