This is the first spelling competition of its kind in India for School Children with a new approach that combines learning with fun and competitive spirit . It’s a convenient and comprehensive language development program for elementary and middle school children. Students compete, learn and develop their language skills to progress at their own pace needed for academic success.
The objective is to enhance the spelling and literary skills of children by encouraging them to explore the English language, expand their vocabulary, and improve their communication and comprehension skills. This helps students to improve spelling skills, vocabulary, learning concepts, and pronunciations leading to correct usage of English words which will help in their early years of growth and development. The prime objective is to engage students on a different competition route, thereby engaging them in the English language practice.
WIZ National Spell Bee started in the year 2009.
The competition starts at the school level and progresses to the National Level through the Interschool and State level Competitions, works on a word base of Sixty thousand words, classified into various levels of difficulty.
The various rounds of the competition involving spelling, label the pictures, rhyming words, Idioms, Grammar, Word Application, identifying words based on phonetic symbols and their meanings. Antonyms and Synonyms and use of Phrasal Verbs make the competition comprehensive in terms of measuring the English language Skills of the participants.
Every participant receives a “WORD BANK” preparatory booklet against enrollment.. The preparatory booklets consist of 1500 words and exercises, prepared by a panel of English teachers and academicians. The words are graded according to their age and class. The no of spelling and grammatical mistakes in the daily work book and examination papers of students participating in our spell bee drastically reduces , which motivates the teachers too.
The International Olympiad of Science, a test of competence and proficiency in Science, is held annually at the National and International levels, based on syllabus prescribed by CBSE/ICSE and the State Boards. Apart from syllabus, a part of test paper is based on the Applied Science. Detailed syllabus with sample question paper is provided along with this Information Booklet. Please refer the books published by Silverzone for the preparation of iOS. SSE recommends the competition for each and every student who is Studying Science as their subject in the school.
Students judge themselves at international levels. The tests are at local or regional level does not provide the right insight and judgment about the challenges ahead.

Structure of the Olympiad
Level 1 : All the students of classes 1st to 12 are eligible to take part in Level 1
Level 2 : Top 500 Olympiad rank holders of the 1st Level from each class will compete for top positions in a 2nd level examination. All Class 1st rank holders with minimum 75% of Marks with Minimum 75 Students from a particular school are also eligible for Level 2.
Level 3 : Olympiad 1st Rank Holders of classes 6th to 12th from 2nd level will be eligible for Level 3. Level 3 will be conducted at New Delhi, India.

ASSET Stands for Assessment of Scholastic Skills through Educational Testing.
ASSET Stands for Assessment of Scholastic Skills through Educational Testing. It is a scientifically designed, skill-based assessment test. Rather than testing rote learning, it uses multiple-choice questions to focus on measuring how well SKILLS and CONCEPTS underlying the school syllabus have been understood by the student. The test provides information on the strengths and weaknesses of individual students and also entire classes.

The ANCQ is a unique chemical education activity. It provides a major focus for secondary school students on the relevance of chemistry in an exciting and stimulating way.
The Quiz is a truly international competition with papers translated into seven different languages. The Quiz attracts students from across Australia and 17 neighbouring countries as well as Austria and Germany. The Quiz is not a nationwide assessment of chemistry knowledge, but rather an opportunity to promote chemistry and for teachers to gauge the understanding their students have of the subject.
