Story Telling Session by Grandparents

Brightening the day of the students with wonderful stories a story telling session was conducted for Pre-primary wing of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur, by their very own grandparents in the respective classes.
Stories are an integral part of everyone’s life, especially when it is narrated by grandparents. Whenever one wants to hear a story the first person one runs to, be it day or night is the grandparents. The school invited grandparents for ‘Story Telling’ session which helped creating memories for our little ones. The children were overjoyed to have their grandparents narrate stories at school.
As a learning tool, storytelling can encourage students to explore their unique expressiveness and can heighten a student’s ability to communicate thoughts and feelings in an articulate, lucid manner. It helps improve their language skills, instills a love of reading and stirs their imagination.
