START A SCHOOL 
REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION
On 26 January, 2019, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur witnessed a grand celebration, when it celebrated with full zeal and gusto the Republic Day, in its premises.
The Chief Guest for the day was Mr. Palitha Galappaththi (Justice of Peace) Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Film actor and choreographer who in his speech to the students emphasized on the need and importance of discipline and sports in life and appreciated the efforts put in by the students.
The school Principal, Mrs. Shikha Banerjee welcomed the Chief Guest, Mr.Palitha Galappaththi with a token of appreciation. The programme commenced with the unfurling of the flag followed by speeches and a few patriotic and motivational songs. The highlight of the programme was the Karate Show by the students.
The Academic Prize Distribution Ceremony was accompanied by a thundering applause, where the Chief Guest and the Principal bestowed honours on all the academic prize winners.
The vote of thanks was extended by Headmaster, Mr. M.K. Mishra.
The programme culminated with the melodious rendition of Vande-Mataram.
