ELIXIR AND AKSHAR PARV 2017

A team of 30 students from the school participated in Elixir (English) and Akshar Parv (Hindi)- A literary fest- organized by Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Lucknow on the 19th August,2017 . Schools from all over the state participated, in English and Hindi literary events ranging from quizzes to plays to debates. A wonderful literary extravaganza, the event was graced by the presence of eminent guests and judges and was a huge success. It witnessed the participation of over 220 students in all with diverse expertise in various genres under the category of literature and public speaking. The team was escorted by Mrs. Mamta Sharma, Mr. Alok Mishra and Mrs. Niranjana Dubey and was indeed an amazing experience for the teachers and students alike.

The students won prizes in the following events:

• Map the Muse (English poetry writing and illustration) – Abhishri Swarup (1st position )
• Tri Quizzard Tournament (English Literary quiz) – Abhishri Swarup and Adwiti Singh (3rdposition)
• HAM Bugger (J.A.M on H.A.M) – Ishita Bhatia (2nd Position)
• The Crucifix (Crossword) – Harleen Narang and Akshita Gupta (3rd Position)
• Motion Pictures (Videography) -Yash Agarwal and Shubh Shukla (3rd Position)
• Kavyanjali (Hindi poem writing) – (Udita Chatterjee, Khili Gupta) (3rd Position)
