A Workshop was Conducted by the Management
A two day workshop was conducted in our School by the Management. The resource person for the same was Ms. Mukta Sharma. Topics taken up by her in the two days session were as follows:-
- Setting Smart Goals.
- Classroom Observation.
- Professional Development Plan To Create A Portfolio
The session was conducted with the motive to improve individual performance, which leads to self-driven, focussed and improved planning skill. She also threw light on the relevance of positive reinforcement in a classroom situation and providing children with Opportunities where their energy can be channelized in a constructive manner. It was an enriching session which witnessed an active participation of all the teachers.
