Round Square International Conference 2019
Round Square International Conference, 2019 was held in Indore from 2nd October to 8th October 2019 . HOD Computer Science – Mr. Manish Seksaria and Principal – Mrs. Shikha Banerjee attended the conference along with two students – Aryika Mehrotra and Suryansh Agarwal.
‘The theme of the conference was ‘Sarvodaya’- ‘The world we wish to see’. Sarvodaya is a Sanskrit word meaning progress for all. The word is a combination of two terms: ‘Sarva’ meaning one and all and ‘Uday’ meaning welfare or uplift combined the word signifies ‘Universal Uplift’.
The conference was a witness to many dignitaries and eminent speakers like Nobel Peace Laureate Mr. Kailash Satyarthi, Indian politician, writer and a former career international diplomat who is currently serving as Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha from Thiruvananthapuram –Mr. Shashi Tharoor, Indian lifestyle coach and motivational speaker – Shri Gaur Gopal Das who motivated all with universal insights that resonate with everybody.
World’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) Robot citizen, Sophia also attended the conference. A Conversation was held with Sophia to showcase power of Artificial Intelligence.
